Guides
Publish ads, manage inventory, and move buyers from discovery to fulfilled sale.
A listing is the same record buyers see as an ad on the public site — you manage it under Listings. Accepted deals appear in Sales.
Create a listing from New listing. Add species, photos, price, stock counts (including female/male splits when relevant), and origin (LTC / WC / CB). Free plans include one active ad; paid plans allow more listings and richer media.
Set up a storefront under your shop page so buyers can browse your brand, bio, and inventory on a dedicated URL. Public shops require a paid plan — see Your seller shop and Plans & limits. Listings remain discoverable through country and species browse as well.
Open Sales for all deals where you are the seller. Pending offers show who must respond. After acceptance, record payments, mark shipped, and use the timeline on each sale. The Sales dashboard summarizes what needs attention.
Per-listing sales are also available from Listings → open a listing → Sales tab.
Define reusable shipping templates under Shipping options and attach them to listings. Buyers choose a template when they accept an offer with shipping or when they use Buy It Now with shipping.
Animal payments happen off-platform between you and the buyer. Record amounts in Sales so both sides can track progress.
If a buyer asks to pay with a protected method you can accept (for example PayPal Goods and Services), you must honour that request. Do not require Friends & Family, Zelle, gift cards, or similar methods that remove buyer protections, and do not cancel or refuse a sale solely because the buyer chose protections. See Payment safety and our Terms of Service.
Pending offers do not reduce the counts shown on your public ad. Inventory is deducted when you (or the buyer, on their accept step) accept an offer, or immediately when a Buy It Now purchase completes. If stock hits zero, the listing may be hidden automatically.
