Your seller shop
A branded page that groups your listings, bio, and policies in one shareable URL.
Your shop is the public face of your seller account. Listings still appear in country and species browse; the shop gives buyers one place to see everything you sell.
Shop URL
Paid sellers get a public page at /shop/[slug]. The slug is chosen during setup (often based on your shop name). Share that link on social media, in messages, or on your website.
On the free Standard plan you can still list animals, but there is no public shop page — buyers find you through individual ads and browse. Upgrade to Hobbyist or above for a storefront; see Plans & limits.
Setting up your shop
Signed-in sellers configure the storefront at Edit your shop. You typically set:
- Shop name and URL slug
- Branding (icon / banner where supported)
- About text and policies buyers should read
After onboarding you can open My shop from the account menu to preview the live page or edit settings.
What appears on the shop
Visible listings for your account show in the shop inventory grid — the same ads as on Listings, filtered to what is public. Hidden or sold-out ads follow the same rules as browse.
Buyers can message you from the shop or open individual ads for offers and Buy It Now.
Shipping options
Reusable shipping templates live under Shipping options. Attach them to listings so buyers can pick a method when they accept an offer with shipping or use Buy It Now. The shop itself does not replace per-listing shipping setup — see Selling.
How buyers find your shop
- Direct link to
/shop/[slug] - Your public profile
- Individual listing pages (seller name / shop link)
- Country and species browse (each ad, not the shop grid)
